It shall be the duty of the Police Department to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of:
(A) Impoundment and disposition of all animals will be released to the county animal shelter;
(B) Bite cases, violations and complaint investigations; and
(C) All monies belonging to the town which were derived from impoundment fees or penalties.
