§ 32.164 COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS AND OFFICERS.

Each member of the Housing Authority, except an ex officio member, may receive compensation either as a salary or as payment for meetings attended. The Board of Commissioners shall fix the compensation of members of the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority shall fix the compensation of the Secretary and Treasurer, but the Board of Commissioners may fix or limit the salary.
