§ 152.20 DESIGNATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.
   The City Commission hereby appoints the City Codes Enforcement Officer to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
