§ 122.17 EMPLOYEE AGE REQUIREMENT.

(A) An operator or employee of an adult entertainment establishment shall not permit a person less than eighteen (18) years of age to be employed by or to enter the establishment.

(B) An adult entertainment establishment shall, at all times, cause the entrance of the establishment to be so attended as to ensure compliance with the requirements contained in division (A) above.
