The following classes or persons in an establishment are exempt from this chapter.
(A) Babysitters, attendants, day care workers or other individuals employed to provide child care services to infants under the age of eighteen (18) years with the expressed permission of the infant’s parent or guardian.
(B) Registered nurses, licensed practical nurses or other individuals employed to accompany or assist the aged, injured, or disabled for enumeration or compensation so to assist and aid in daily functioning.
(C) Modeling in connection with the on premises operation of a clothing store or any studio or classroom which is operated by any state college or public junior college or school which has met the requirements established by law for the issuance of a diploma.
