§ 32.29 REMOVAL.
   Any member may be removed as set forth in KRS 100.157 by the appropriate appointing authority for inefficiency, neglect of duty, malfeasance, or conflict of interest. The removed member shall have the right of appeal as set forth in KRS 100.157.
