All vendors and/or merchants issued a temporary vendor’s license or permit by the City of Pikeville or otherwise operating temporarily for Saturday during the Annual Hillbilly Days Festival shall close and cease their business operations Saturday evening at 9:00 p.m. and shall remain closed for the remainder of Saturday evening until 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning, if they have a license/permit to operate on Sunday, with the exception of entertainers, performers or carnival attractions in the city park or riverfill area. These named participates may operate in the mentioned areas until 11:30 p.m.
