§ 114.01 CONDUCT OF CERTAIN BUSINESSES DURING HILLBILLY DAYS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   During Hillbilly Days each year it shall be unlawful for any business or commercial activity to be conducted by entities, organizations, or associations not serving any one or more of the following purposes: charitable; benevolent; eleemosynary; educational; civic; patriotic; political; governmental; religious; social; recreational; fraternal; literary; cultural; athletic; scientific; agricultural; horticultural; animal husbandry; professional, commercial, industrial, or trade associations; or labor unions.
   (B)   All other entities shall not be permitted to do business on the public ways of the city. However, entities holding occupational licenses from the city are not prohibited by this section from taking such business outdoors, the purpose of this section being to prohibit transient or temporary businesses not for the above purposes.
