It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate or engage in the business of operating an opera house, theater, motion picture theater, or the like, other than at the following times:
(A) On Monday through Friday of each week, the permissible hours of operation shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
(B) On Saturday and Sunday of week, the permissible hours of operation shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following Sunday morning, and from 1:00 p.m. on Sunday until 12:00 a.m. Sunday.

(A) No person, firm, partnership or corporation shall offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, keep with intent to sell, possess or use within the corporate limits of the city any aerosol device or other devices which use any gas or air to propel confetti.
(B) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both, for each offense. Upon conviction of a violation of this section, any contraband seized shall be confiscated by the trial court and when no longer needed for evidential purposes, the court may transfer such contraband to the Police Department, who shall destroy it.
