(A) The city does hereby adopt as the official map of the city designating the city streets, alleys and roadways for maintenance or snow and ice removal only the map attached to Ordinance 0-92-004, passed 2-24-92, and certified by Summit Engineering.
(B) The city does hereby ratify, reaffirm, adopt and accept each of the streets, alleys and roadways designated on said map as a city street for the purpose of maintenance as so designed on the map or for the purpose of snow and ice removal only where the same is so designated on the map.
(C) Amendments to the official map shall be made by the City Engineer from time to time as additional city streets, alleys and roadways are accepted by the city for the purpose of maintenance or snow and ice removal only and shall designate the date of amendment of the map thereon.
