GENERAL PROVISIONS
It shall be unlawful for any vehicles, including but not limited to motorcycles, 4-wheelers, golf-carts, minibikes, go-carts, snowmobiles, cars, or trucks, to traverse the turf, playing surface, or sidewalks of any city athletic field, including the Hambley Athletic Field, the city park, the city walk track, tennis courts or any other city athletic softball field. Maintenance or emergency vehicles acting on behalf of the city are exempt from this section.

(A) No person may legally take in one (1) day or have in his or her possession while fishing more than four (4) bass fish of any species.
(B) No person shall be permitted to take from the Pikeville Pond a bass fish of any species less than twenty (20) inches in length. A person shall release any bash fish less than twenty (20) inches in length in the best possible physical condition, immediately after removing the hook, to the water from which it was taken and in a place where the fish’s immediate escape shall not be prevented.
(C) No person shall take bass fish of any species from the Pikeville Pond by any method other than pole and line in hand.

CITY PARK AND DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT
(A) No person while in the city park or downtown business district of the City of Pikeville shall ride, propel or in any manner operate roller skates, in-line roller blades, a skateboard, hoverboard or motorized scooter.
(B) No person within the downtown business district shall ride, propel or in any manner operate roller skates, in-line roller blades, a skateboard, hoverboard or non-motorized scooter on public rights-of-way, streets, parking garages, public roadways, public parks, and other public recreational facilities within the boundaries or territories mentioned.
(C) The use of skate boards, roller skates, roller blades, bicycles, hoverboard or any other motorized or non-motorized device with wheels or rollers upon which a person may ride shall be prohibited in the city park adjacent to Huffman Avenue and College Street, including but not limited to the public sidewalk and grounds located therein.
(D) This section does not apply, so long as they are used for the purpose for which they were intended, to wagons, wheel chairs, strollers or other devices designed and used for the transportation of children, infants, physically challenged, or incapacitated persons, or to carts or other devices intended and used for transporting merchandise or materials.
