(B) The maximum speed limit on city streets and other public streets and roadways (not maintained by the state or federal government) within the city for which a specific speed limit has not been adopted by the city shall be 25 miles per hour unless condition, traffic and use of the roadway should warrant a lower speed in the exercise of due care.
(C) Penalty. Whoever violates the provisions of this traffic schedule shall be subject to the fine schedule set forth in KRS 189.394.
