(A) The following personnel employed by the city have permission authorized by the City Commission through adoption of this section to administer citations as outlined throughout this chapter. Those positions authorized to do so are any member of the Pikeville Police Department, city traffic patrol officer, city Project Manager, Code Enforcement Officer, Environmental Nuisance Officer, Fire Chief, Fire Marshal and City Manger.
(B) All citations are required to be turned in to the Police Department Clerk by end of shift on the day they are written.
