Within nine (9) months of the promulgation of a National Categorical Pretreatment Standards, the industrial user permit of users subject to such standards shall be revised to required compliance with such standards within the time frame prescribed by such standards. Where a user, subject to National Categorical Pretreatment Standards, has not previously submitted an application for an industrial user permit as required, the user shall apply for an industrial user permit within ninety (90) days after the promulgation of the applicable National Categorical Pretreatment Standard. In addition, the user with an existing industrial user permit shall submit, to the Pretreatment Coordinator within ninety (90) days after the promulgation of an applicable Federal Categorical Pretreatment Standard, the information required by this chapter.
