§ 32.232 COMPENSATION AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   Members of the Corporation shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for any actual or necessary expenses incurred by them in the conduct of the affairs of the Corporation.
   (B)   (1)   The Corporation shall, upon appointment of its directors, organize and elect officers.
      (2)   The Corporation shall choose a Chairman and Vice Chairman who shall serve for terms of one (1) year.
   (C)   (1)   The Corporation may fix a salary for the Secretary/Treasurer, and the Secretary/Treasurer shall execute an official bond to be set and approved by the Corporation, and the costs thereof shall be paid by the Corporation.
      (2)   The Secretary/Treasurer shall keep the books of all minutes of the Corporation and shall also keep a set of books showing the receipts and expenditures and shall present to the Corporation, upon request, complete books of all financial transactions and the financial condition of the Corporation. Such books and vouchers shall at all times be subject to examination by the city.
      (3)   The Secretary/Treasurer shall transmit at least once annually a detailed report of all acts and doings of the Corporation to the Commission for the city.
   (D)   The Corporation may employ necessary counsel, agents and employees to carry out its work in functioning and shall prescribe such rules and regulations as it deems necessary.
   (E)   Employees of the Corporation may also serve as employees of the city and be compensated by the city for their work on behalf of the Corporation.
