§ 158.06 FOREST PRACTICES.
   The following requirements shall apply to all timber harvesting operations in the city.
   (A)   Felling or skidding on or across any public street is prohibited without the express written consent of the city.
   (B)   No tops or slash shall be left within twenty five (25) feet of any public street or private roadway providing access to adjoining property.
   (C)   All tops and slash between twenty five (25) and fifty (50) feet from a public street or private roadway providing access to adjoining property or within fifty (50) feet of adjoining property shall be lopped to a maximum height of four (4) feet above the ground.
   (D)   No tops or slash shall be left on or across the boundary of any property adjoining the operation without the consent of the adjoining landowner.
   (E)   Litter resulting from a timber harvesting operation shall be removed from the site before it is vacated by the operator.
   (F)   No logging debris (including treetops, limbs, slash, etc.) shall not be left in or allowed to wash into perennial streams.
