The following activities do not require issuance of a permit by the Enforcement Officer.
(A) Sites that have received approval for development, but areas to be harvested outside of the area to be developed require notification.
(B) Removal of trees limited to site preparation for an approved building permit where the area harvested is, in the opinion of the Enforcement Officer, that which is reasonably required to permit construction of the structure and associated amenities.
(C) Removal of trees limited to reasonable, regular, normal maintenance and landscaping improvements by individual homeowners.
(D) Non-commercial timber stand improvement.
