§ 158.01 PURPOSE OF LOGGING GUIDELINES.
   (A)   Promote woodland areas and the environmental and economic benefits they provide;
   (B)   Protect the rights of adjoining property owners;
   (C)   Minimize the potential for adverse environmental impacts; and
