(A) The fiscal year shall begin on the first day of July 1 and end June 30 each year.
(B) The Chairman shall cause a financial statement to be submitted to the City of Pikeville and the Pike County Fiscal Court by September 1 of each year reflecting the fiscal year ended on the prior June 30. Upon request, any other financial documents in possession of the museum will be provided to the City of Pikeville or the Pike County Fiscal Court, and the museum will fully cooperate should either entity wish to conduct an audit on the museum.
