(A)
The name of this organization shall be the Big Sandy Heritage Center Museum Board, here after referred as “the Board”.
(B) This Board is organized shall be a non-profit board for the purpose of the organization, planning, administering, forming, financing, housing, displaying, educating and licensing the Big Sandy Heritage Center Museum and any events associated with the facility. Any funds or proceeds, granted to or generated by this organization shall be used for community projects that enhances the museum and its mission. All decisions shall be vested fully by this Board and all decisions of the Board shall be decided by a majority vote of the Board.
