§ 32.190 FORMATION; AUTHORIZATION; BYLAWS.

The Big Sandy Heritage Center Museum Board as a non-profit organization is formed to carry out the joint goals of the City of Pikeville Government and Pike County Government in order to preserve the history of the region, county and city for the future as set out in this subchapter.
