In accordance with House Bill 119 of the 2011 General Assembly, as codified in KRS Chapter 64, the City of Pikeville hereby adopts and establishes a City Officials Training Program to make available incentive payments as specified by this ordinance to the elected city officials, including the Mayor, all members of the City Commission and all city officials as listed by Chapter 31 of this code as regulated by KRS 83A.080 to include but not limited to the City Manager, City Clerk, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Finance Director, City Tax Director, City Attorney, for obtaining education and training as required under the provisions of this subchapter.
