§ 121.10 SMOKING IN PUBLIC AREAS ADJACENT TO SCHOOLS OR DAYCARE CENTERS.
   Smoking in public places or areas as defined in § 121.02 including public grounds, property that is within twenty-five (25) feet of the property boundaries of a school, college or daycare, places of employment, restaurants, outdoor stadiums and provides for certain exemptions.
