§ 50.02 DUMPING OR DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH.
   Every citizen, resident, property owner, firm and business establishment in the corporate limits of the city, is prohibited from dumping or disposing of any garbage, refuse or rubbish, or cause the same to be disposed of anywhere within the corporate limits of the city.
