§ 38.01 MEMBERS; ELECTION, QUALIFICATIONS, COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Election. Each Commissioner shall be elected as set forth in KRS 83A.170 and 83A.175.
   (B)   Qualifications. A member shall be at least twenty one (21) years of age, shall be a qualified voter in the city, and shall reside in the city throughout his or her term of office.
   (C)   Compensation. For provisions concerning compensation, see § 31.02.
