§ 36.27 ANTICIPATED SURPLUS FROM MUNICIPAL UTILITY OR OTHER PUBLIC SERVICE ENTERPRISE.
   The anticipated revenue and proposed expenditures of each utility or other public service enterprise owned or operated by the city shall be stated in a separate section of the budget, each bearing the name of the utility. The anticipated surplus from each utility, if legally available for general purposes and to the extent that the surplus is to be used to support budget operations, shall be stated as an item of revenue in the budget.
