Information and data furnished to the town and the authority with respect to the nature and frequency of discharge shall be available to the public without restriction. Any portion of an IU’s file that they have deemed confidential, as it applies to their manufacturing processes or trade secrets shall not be made available to the public in any circumstance. Wastewater constituents and characteristics will not be recognized as confidential information. All information submitted by the IUs to the POTW shall be immediately accessible to the EPA. This access shall be unlimited in regards to all collected information by the POTW.
