(A) Standards adopted. The detailed specifications and construction standards for the installation of sanitary sewers attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter are hereby adopted as specifications and construction standards for the installation of sanitary sewers in the town.
(B) Enforcement; attorneys’ fees. This chapter may be enforced by any remedy available or in equity. In the event that any person or entity fails to comply with the specifications and construction standards set forth herein, such person or entity shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the town’s sewage works, including but not limited to the reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the town.
