(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, persons, firms or corporations who violates any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.20 of this code by doing any act prohibited, or declared to be unlawful thereby, or who fails to do any act required thereby, or who fails to do any act which provision declares such failure to be unlawful, shall be subject to fine in the amount of $25, plus the reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the town in enforcing §§ 50.01 through 50.20 of this code, for each such violation, provided, however that the fine and attorneys’ fees shall not exceed $2,500 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation of §§ 50.01 through 50.20 of this code.
