§ 33.03 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   Advisory Commission created; members. Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-13-5, there is hereby created an Advisory Commission on Industrial Development, members of which Commission shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council, and which Commission shall be composed of five members, one of whom shall be a representative of the town government, one of whom shall be a representative of the local Industrial Development Committee, one shall be a representative of a local banking institution and one shall be a representative of a local utility company. A member of the Commission may represent more than one of the organizations enumerated above.

   (B)   Powers, duties.
      (1)   The Advisory Commission on Industrial Development created herein shall have those powers and those obligations as are set out in I.C. 36-7-13-1 et seq., together with the benefits of any amendments occurring thereto hereinafter.
      (2)   The Industrial Development Fund created herein, and the town in connection therewith, shall have all of those rights, obligations and duties as provided and required by and shall be subject to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-13-1 as the same may now be amended, and as it may hereinafter be amended.
