§ 33.01 POLICE RESERVES.
   (A)   The number of police reserves for the town shall be five, and persons to be appointed as police reserves shall be appointed by the Town Council upon the recommendation of the Town Marshal.
   (B)   The police reserves shall be known and designated as reserve marshals for the town and shall serve under the direction of the Town Marshal.
