(A) In accordance with I.C. 5-14-3-8, as may be hereinafter amended, the Town Marshal’s office shall charge the following fees for law enforcement records and law enforcement recordings:
(1) Reports shall be $15 each;
(2) Photographs shall be $55 for each incident (and shall include all photographs of that particular incident); and
(3) Law enforcement recordings shall be $150 each.
(B) The person or party requesting law enforcement recordings shall provide a written request to the Town Marshal’s office using a request form made available by the Town Marshal’s office.
(C) An additional budget account is now hereby created, which shall be known as the town’s Law Enforcement Recording Fees Fund, into which Fund any fees or revenues collected as a result of copying or providing law enforcement records and law enforcement recordings shall be held and utilized, without appropriation, to fund the law enforcement needs of the town, in accordance with and as authorized by I.C. 5-14-3-8, as may be hereinafter amended, and which fees shall not revert back to the local General Fund at the end of the fiscal year.
