All full-time employees will be covered by the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS). The town will contribute the mandatory 11.2% of an employee’s gross pay to the account and the employee is required to contribute the mandatory 3% of their gross pay to their account on a biweekly basis. The funds will come from the budget lines as follows for each job title. Employees seeking additional information about INPRS may contact the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
