§ 31.33 INSURANCE.
   (A)   Medical insurance. The town provides a medical insurance plan to their full-time employees and their dependents on the employee’s initial day of employment. Employees may add dependent coverage at their own expense.
   (B)   Dental insurance. The town provides dental insurance to their full-time employees and their dependents on the employee’s initial day of employment. Employees may add dependent coverage at their own expense. Employees seeking additional information on dental insurance may contact the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
   (C)   Vision benefits. The town provides vision benefits to their full-time employees and their dependents on the employee’s initial day of employment. Employees may add dependent coverage at their own expense. Employees seeking additional information on vision insurance may contact the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
   (D)   Health savings account (HSA). The town contributes $1,100 each year into an employee’s health savings account (HSA) for employees who have elected employee only coverage and who participate in the town’s high deductible health plan (HDHP).
   (E)   Group life and AD&D insurance. The town provides $50,000 of group life and AD&D insurance to regular full-time employees on their initial date of employment.
