§ 130.43 USE OF VEHICLE FOR STORAGE RESTRICTED.
   No person shall use any vehicle as a warehouse or storage building other than a vehicle in which personal properties are stored while in transit, or preparation for transit, or after arrival upon transit and prior to unloading.
