§ 130.20 REMOVAL, IMPOUNDMENT AT RISK OF OWNER.
   The removal and impoundment of a vehicle pursuant to this subchapter shall be accomplished with reasonable care, but otherwise shall be at the risk of the owner, his or her agent or representative.
