§ 130.15 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK CAR. Any motor vehicle or the remains thereof which does not bear a currently valid license plate or is not housed in a garage or other building.
