§ 130.04 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN TOWN PARKS.
   (A)   No person may use, possess, consume, sell or give away intoxicating or alcoholic beverages in any town park, except upon the written consent or permission of the Town Council.
   (B)   The Town Council may authorize such use, possession or sale of alcoholic beverages in either Brower Park or the Pierceton-Washington Township Park upon written request made at least 45 days in advance to the Town Council, unless such time frame is waived by the Council, under such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Council.
   (C)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer may and is authorized to develop an application form for the use of persons who wish to apply to the Town Council for written consent or permission from the Town Council to use, possess or sell alcoholic beverages in Brower Park or the Pierceton-Washington Township Park.
   (D)   Applicants must comply with state law in all respects, must submit verification of liability insurance and must submit a copy of any required permits or applications from the state’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission or the State Excise Police.
