(A) Legislative districts abolished. The three legislative districts of the town, a town of less than 3,500 in population, are now hereby abolished, as permitted and provided for by I.C. 36-5-2-4.1.

(B) Council members elected at large. The three Council members of the Town Council, the same being legislative body of the town, shall be elected at large.
