§ 30.03 TOWN MEMBERSHIP.
   The town will hold membership in the selected organizations as so listed:
   (A)   The town’s Chamber of Commerce;
   (B)   The state’s Association of Cities and Towns; and
   (C)   The Municipal League of Clerk-Treasurers for the year 1984 and years thereafter.
