§ 72.18 SUSPENSION UPON DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY.
   This subchapter pertaining to off-road vehicles shall be suspended upon the declaration by the Town Marshal, or the President of the Town Council of an emergency. Said suspension shall last for the duration of the emergency.
