§ 72.17 EXCEPTION FOR OFF-ROAD VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH SNOWPLOW.
   This subchapter shall not apply to an off-road vehicle that is equipped with an operating snow removal blade or snow blower when it is being used for, or is in route for the purpose of snow removal.
