No person shall operate any vehicle at a speed of more than 25 mph on any street within the corporate limits of the town. The speed limit shall not be altered: Along any portion of State Road 13 or U.S. Route 30 which lies within the corporate limits of the town; along any portion of any street which is located in a designated school zone; or along any portion of any street where the speed limit is already reduced in the immediate vicinity of any school, park or playground.
