§ 52.37 NATIONAL CATEGORICAL PRETREATMENT STANDARDS ADOPTED.
   The authority will adopt national categorical pretreatment standards as its own, as found in 40 C.F.R. Chapter I, subchapter N, parts 405-471. This section of 40 C.F.R. is hereby incorporated into this subchapter and made a part hereof.
