§ 31.52 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   The meetings of the governing body shall be held at Village Hall. Regular meetings shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m.
   (B)   At all meetings of the Board of Trustees, a majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum to do business.
