(A) No street tree shall be planted closer than 35 feet of any street corner, measured from the point of nearest intersecting curbs or curb lines.
(B) No street tree shall be planted closer than 12 feet of any fireplug/fire hydrant.
(C) No street trees other than those species listed as small trees in § 153.01 may be planted within 15 feet of a neighbor’s driveway without permission from the neighbor.
(D) No street trees other than those species listed as small trees in § 153.01 may be planted within 15 feet of a municipal alleyway.
