§ 72.04 LICENSE AND INSURANCE.
   Any person operating an ATV or UTV shall have a valid Class O operator’s license or a farm permit as provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-4,126 and liability insurance coverage for the ATV or UTV while being operated on a street or highway. The person operating the vehicle shall provide proof of such insurance coverage to any law enforcement officer requesting such proof.
