§ 53.090 STORMWATER, SURFACE WATER, GROUNDWATER, COOLING WATER AND PROCESS WATER.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage or cooling water into any sanitary sewer.
