§ 53.051 EXPENSE.
   All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection to the building sewer shall be borne by the owner of the premises. The owner, or the person installing the building sewer for said owner, shall indemnify the municipality from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by said installation.
