§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be fined in any sum not exceeding $500. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours for failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
